YT-CW-2 Bonnell Spring Assembling Machine is designed for small – diameter springs. It can be operated by one person, saving labor costs. The machine has high flexibility. The spring’s pitch, wire diameter, height and diameter can be adjusted within a certain range to meet different production requirements. Its host machine’s upper and lower traction mechanism can automatically cut springs and tie both ends at the same time. It can automatically cut spring strings and the bed net can move forward automatically. The number of spring rows can be set according to customer needs. The bed net storage rack can store automatically. When the spring string is blocked, the machine can automatically stop tying.
