The machine head adopts imported German configuration, matched with a large rotary hook bobbin system to ensure long-term stable operation. The front-mounted installation design facilitates operation and thread replacement, integrating fully automated functions such as automatic material feeding, cutting, counting and thread trimming, with automatic stop for broken threads to ensure production safety. Equipped with an automatic lubrication system, it operates with low noise, wear resistance and excellent empty-car efficiency. It supports AutoCAD custom pattern modification, and is equipped with an automatic compensation function for material faults, accurately adapting to the personalized quilting needs of various mattress fabrics, making it the preferred equipment for high-end mattress technology upgrading.
