The YT-DSS-0850 Double Heads Flanging Machine is specifically designed for efficient fabric edge processing, integrating a dual-head synchronous operation system that can flange two fabric pieces simultaneously, doubling production efficiency and serving as an ideal choice for mass processing of mattress, furniture, and home textile fabrics. Equipped with original imported heads from Japanese Tempe and Taiwanese Golden Wheel, the machine utilizes precise mechanical craftsmanship to achieve stable high-speed flanging. Even for thick fabrics or multi-layer composite materials, it maintains uniform stitch distance and secure stitching, ensuring processing quality from the start.
The built-in intelligent automatic thread-cutting function accurately trims excess threads after flanging, eliminating the tediousness and errors of manual cutting and significantly optimizing the workflow. A unique recycling system continuously collects fabric scraps and threads generated during the process, combined with a noise-reducing dust-proof cover to minimize workshop dust pollution and operational noise, creating a clean and comfortable working environment. The independent control system for the dual heads allows separate parameter settings, supporting both synchronous processing of identical fabrics and flexible adaptation to differentiated processing needs, providing convenience for diverse production requirements.
