The YT-BZ-6B mattress roll compression packaging machine is a new type of intelligent equipment developed by our company, focusing on solving the challenges of mattress transportation and packaging. It utilizes an innovative roll compression packaging process that can tightly wrap mattresses, effectively avoiding issues such as fabric contamination and scratches during transportation, while significantly reducing packaging volume and lowering logistics costs.
The equipment integrates advanced power and intelligent control systems. The power end is driven by a motor and cylinder working in coordination, ensuring stable operation of processes such as rolling and sealing. The control end includes an encoder, PLC, and touchscreen. The encoder provides precise feedback on progress, the PLC intelligently adjusts parameters, and the touchscreen enables visual operation, allowing for one-click initiation of the fully automatic packaging process, reducing manual intervention and improving packaging efficiency and quality.
In terms of mechanical structure, high-strength materials are used to create a sturdy body, ensuring long-term stable operation through rigorous testing. The operating interface is designed ergonomically, making it simple and easy to understand, allowing operators to quickly get started. This equipment can seamlessly connect to mattress production lines, providing enterprises with efficient, intelligent, modern packaging solutions.
