YT-BZ-3A mattress packing machine is a new type of automatic mattress packing machine developed by our company. This machine is mainly used for PE/PVC film laminating packing of finished mattresses to protect the mattress from damage and scratches during transportation.
This machine mainly works by motor and cylinder. The control system adopts PLC, touch screen and other automation equipment, which improves the intelligence and automation of the machine. Firm mechanical structure, stable performance, easy operation and high production efficiency.
The film laminating packing has high fitting and beautiful appearance, which can be automatically adjusted according to different sizes of the mattresses, maximize the utilization rate of the packing materials, reduce the production labor, and thereby reduce the production cost of the mattress packing.

4. The maximum packaging mattress size is 22002000420mm, and the production capacity can reach 1.5 – 2 pieces per minute.
