This automatic mattress packing machine YT-BZ-3C is specially designed for automated mattress packaging and features flexible adaptability and intelligent control advantages. The packaging machine supports a maximum packaging size of 2200×2000×420 millimeters and can process 2 mattresses per minute, ensuring efficient and standardized packaging and the safety and integrity of the mattresses during transportation.

Its intelligent PLC control system can automatically detect and precisely locate the mattress. The touch screen HMI interface makes the operation more intuitive and convenient. The sensor system can also automatically match the best packaging plan.
