During the training, president Zhu explained in detail the meaning of patent right. Then, president Zhu analyzed the timeliness, regionality, exclusivity, legal attribute, technical attribute and capital attribute of patents, and listed several high-quality cases of intellectual property at home and abroad for in-depth evaluation and analysis.

In recent years, the state and local governments have always advocated that enterprises use patent rights to protect enterprises and prevent other enterprises from infringing the patents that we have worked hard to develop. The most powerful evidence for investigating infringers is our patents. To strengthen the protection of patent rights, we should first improve the patent knowledge of our internal patent managers and technicians, carefully study the laws and regulations on patent protection, enhance the awareness of patent legal protection, and strengthen the popularization and publicity of domestic and international laws and regulations on patent protection. Enterprises should respond to a series of patent protection measures issued by the state, and constantly improve the patent transfer mechanism within our enterprises. In short, the prevalence of patent infringement is an indisputable fact. In China, the best protection wall for the future development of enterprises is to improve the effective protection of intellectual property rights within enterprises.
