Our patent ZL2018120260730.3, “Mattress Edge Banding Machine and Its Control Method,” has won the honor of “China Patent Excellence Award.” This is the second time our company has received this honor, following our first award at the 21st China Patent Award for ZL2012101394001, the swing transfer mechanism of the spring grabbing robot.
To date, our company has achieved the highest honors in the domestic intellectual property field for two major product series: spring machines and edge banding machines.
The receipt of this honor reflects our company’s strong innovation momentum and significantly improved capabilities in scientific management of intellectual property. The awarded patent is a testament to our company’s proactive response to “Made in China 2025” in 2018, focusing on the intelligent transformation and innovation in the mattress industry.
In 2017, after deeply implementing the national standard “Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Specification” (GB/T29490-201), our intellectual property management entered a fast track. Each year, the number of patent applications has steadily increased by 20-30, with the proportion of invention patents reaching as high as 60%.
