On the morning of December 23, 2021, under the leadership of Zeng Xiande, chief economist of Chancheng District Economic and Technological Promotion Bureau, more than 20 manufacturing representatives from Chancheng District came to Yuantian company for digital and intelligent construction exchange. The group first went to the digital workshop to experience it. Then, in-depth exchanges and discussions were held in the company’s large conference room.
During the introduction, the person in charge of informatization of Yuantian company also mentioned that the company is currently carrying out the digital upgrading project of the assembly workshop. After the completion of this project, the whole mechanical production process will form a complete whole, and there will be great changes in the completeness of inventory, the control of comprehensive process and the application of industrial Internet identification. It will form a machine processing digital workshop focusing on assembly and delivery and integrating the early stage, which has greatly improved the quality and more prominent integration effect. Therefore, the company has completed the start-up, research and scheme confirmation in December, and plans to officially operate from May to June 2022.
Under the current trend of vigorous development of digital intelligence, Yuantian company will firmly move towards the goal of digital chemical plant.
