2. Salesperson submit customer service requests on cloud platform and a service order will be created.
3. Then the service order will be transferred to our after-sales service department, and our technical staff will reply and give solutions by photos or videos guidance within 24 hours.
4. If the issue still hasn’t been solved that judged by our technical staff, our technical staff will submit the application for business travel on cloud platform, then our sales will negotiate and confirm the business travel cost with customer.
5. When our technical staff serve on site, we will keep record of on site processing and upload site photos or videos on cloud platform.
6. When the service is complete, our sales send a service link via cloud platform and invite customers to confirm and evaluate the service satisfaction.
