This is an automatic mattress pocket spring production line with high performance, high efficiency and high quality, which is made up of three double-head pocket spring machines and a three-channel high-speed automatic assembling machine (3+1).

It adopts numerical control spring coiling head and computer setting system, intelligent spring stacking system, ultrasonic cutting device, spring rows conveying system to achieve production line operations.

The production line is highly automated, greatly saving labor costs, every 8 hours can produce 80-100 mattresses.
